Apex Legends is finally arriving on the mobile devices

We have been hearing about the Apex Legends Mobile version for a long time now, and now that the EA announced that the regional beta the game will come out later this month. And the EA said that the game will only available for few thousand players in India and the Philippines, but their plan is to make the game available for more players over the year.

According to EA’s website, Apex Legends Mobile is coming to Android first, “The first of these begins Spring 2021, and will only be available on Android devices. As we continue with testing, we’ll expand the size of these tests, add new regions, and implement iOS support. When we’re ready to go broader, we’ll launch a page that allows you to pre-register for the game”

And EA shared some details about the game, and the first thing to notice that, this mobile version of the game; isn’t a port of Apex Legends, its new version builds for smartphones. Apex Legend game director Chad Grenier “Apex Legends Mobile is specially designed for touchscreens, with streamlined controls, and thoughtful optimizations that result in the most advanced battle royale combat available on a phone,” said in a blog post. This means that this new mobile version of this game will not get any kind of crossplay unlike the PC and Console versions of Apex Legends. Apex Legends Mobile will be free on mobile just like the PUBG mobile.
