Apple’s special September event for iPhone 13 launch is right around the corner, a new leak from reliable leaker Jon Prosser of Front Page Tech has shown what is reportedly the iPhone 14. Here’s what you can expect from the Apple iPhone 14 if rumors are true.
According to Jon Prosser, some iPhone 14 models, likely the Pro ones, will ditch the notch and replace the notch with a punch-hole camera. However, this does not imply that Apple will abandon Face ID. Instead, Apple is said to be installing Face ID sensors beneath the panel. This research backs up what Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said earlier this year.
Another update in the camera department is the removal of the camera hump. The iPhone 14 will not have a camera bump, according to the claim. This might lead to a thicker phone with a greater battery capacity.
In terms of design, Prosser’s concept renders depict round volume buttons similar to those found on the iPhone 4 and a titanium frame. The handset’s speaker grilles may also be modified. Before you ask, the device appears to still use the proprietary Lightning port. While the specific colors are unknown, Prosser believes the iPhone 14 will have a Gold color option.
The iPhone 14 appears to be more appealing than the impending iPhone 13. However, this is still a rumor, and there is no certainty that all of the aforementioned modifications will make their way to the iPhone 14 when it is released next year.
