Microsoft just unveiled their next-generation Windows, Here’s the event summary

Microsoft just announced windows 11 today during an online event. We all have heard a lot about windows 11 in past couple of weeks, and now it’s finally official.

These are the main things that Microsoft announced during the Windows Online event

Microsoft just announced Windows 11,

If you’re a Windows 10 user, you can upgrade to Windows for free. Microsoft said this in a blog post after the Windows event. If your pc can run Windows 10 then your PC is ready for windows 11.

New Windows 11 will have a whole new user interface, start menu, completely redesigned Windows store, and many more features. This new Windows 11 is so many glossy surfaces, and also there are rounded corners everywhere throughout the whole Windows 11 Operating System. Most of these features has been leaked a couple of weeks ago. And there’s also a leaked Windows 11 copy floating around the internet.

You can’t download windows 11 right now it’s arriving later this year, “Windows 11 isn’t here yet, but will be coming later this year.” Microsoft said on their website. There’s no official release date for Windows 11 yet.

With New Windows 11 you can now finally able to run Android Apps natively on your PC. So, you don’t need an emulator to run Android Apps on your PC no more. You can now download Android Apps from the New Windows Store which is include with the Windows 11.

Microsoft using Amazon’s Appstore to bring Android Apps to Windows 11. These android app will be available directly form the New Windows store and it’s powered by Intel bridge Technology. You can also pin these new Android apps to your new start menu alongside the traditional Windows Apps.

Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams app will be deeply intergraded with Windows 11. Teams app will get a special place on the start menu, and it’ll be more integrated thought-out the whole Windows 11 OS.

Windows 11 will get more Xbox features

Windows 11 will get an automatic HDR feature, this feature will automatically adjust lighting and colors in a game to make the game is more vivid. This will require supported games and specific equipment.

They also announced Direct Storage, which will help large game worlds to be loaded faster using fast Hard drives.

All of these features previously available on the latest Xbox consoles.
