Microsoft is going to end support for windows 10 on 2025 October 14th. That’s the 10th anniversary of Windows 10. Microsoft updated the support life cycle page for windows 10 revealing this retirement date. According to Thurrott report, this is the first time that Microsoft says about the end of support for windows 10.

Microsoft has been talking about the “Next generation of Windows” a lot lately. Microsoft’s Windows event for their “Next generation” of the OS is also holding in next week. The event also starts at 11 AM ET and the invite for the event also has a window that creates a shadow a shape of 11.

We can expect next version of windows to be with some huge user interface changes and completely redesigned windows store. Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella also teases about this next generation of windows in the Build 2021 Keynote.

Microsoft describes Windows 10 as the “Last Version of Windows ” but now windows 10 is nearly 6 years old OS, and now Microsoft looks like they are ready to move to the next generation of Windows.
