Stranger Things season 4 is full of horror, reveals new monsters in the new trailer

Enplugged

Stranger Things Fans are waiting for additional behind-the-scenes photographs, first look stills, and, of course, more teasers as we get closer to the release of Stranger Things season 4 in May. Though many teaser videos have been released since the first one in February 2020, we have yet to see a full-length trailer. Until now, that is! Prepare yourselves, for we'll be returning to Hawkins very soon!

Eleven and the Byers family left Hawkins at the end of season 3, separating them from Mike and the rest of the gang, as fans will recall. However, the most recent season 4 teaser revealed that the group would be reunited in time for Spring Break, with El and Mike writing letters to each other counting down the days. The kids are back together in the new trailer, which was published on April 12! Thank heavens for that. However, it appears that the closer they get, the more threats emerge.

Check it out here and be ready to be blown away. I'm adding Journey's "Separate Ways (Worlds Apart)" to my Spotify playlist right now! 🤪

Stranger Things season 4 trailer reveals new monsters

Is it just me, or does anyone else experience goosebumps? In the teaser, there's a lot to take in, and it's clear that the Duffer Brothers aren't fooling around this time. It's been over three years since the sci-fi series released new episodes, and it appears that the new season will be well worth the wait. I can't get enough of this video!

Season 4 has been promised as having a much more horror-oriented atmosphere than the previous seasons, and I can see why. There are a few new creatures in the teaser, including a terrible creature with icy blue eyes that I can't help but compare to a White Walker, and a tall scary creature at the conclusion.

Stranger Things season 4 trailer features Robert Englund.

Eleven must reclaim her abilities in order to save the planet! Max is seen levitating for either a good or a bad reason! Robert Englund, star of A Nightmare on Elm Street, makes a cameo appearance! And Steve Harrington isn't wearing a shirt!

Netflix informed the world that the trailer would be released today, Monday, by tweeting a countdown clock. Fans quickly realized that the moment they'd been waiting for will arrive on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. ET.

Stranger Things season 4 release dates

Stranger Things season 4 may be a month away, but Netflix is already promoting it heavily. In February, we learned that the season would be broken into two parts, with volume one premiering on May 27 in time for Memorial Day Weekend and volume two premiering on July 1 in time for the 4th of July Weekend. Stranger Things season 5 will be the final installment, which is unfortunate news. :(

We can't wait to see what Eleven and the crew do next!
