When to get in touch
Corrections & factual errors
If something in one of our guides is wrong — an outdated step, an incorrect setting path, or a factual error — please tell us. We take accuracy seriously and correct errors promptly. Include the article URL, the specific error, and the correct information if you have it. We'll update the article and credit you if you'd like. Our editorial policy covers how we handle corrections in full.
Topic suggestions
We cover Android and Samsung troubleshooting, iPhone and iOS system processes, AI tools and comparisons, and software how-tos. If there's a question in any of these areas you haven't been able to find a good answer to, let us know — genuine reader questions often make our best guides.
Advertising & partnerships
We work with select technology brands on display advertising and sponsored content. Sponsored content is always clearly labelled and editorially independent — we don't write positive coverage in exchange for placement. For advertising enquiries, include your brand, product category, and target timeline. You can read more about our approach in our advertising disclaimer.
Press & media
For media enquiries, interview requests, or data/quote usage from our articles, email us with "Press" in the subject line and we'll get back to you quickly.
What to expect
We aim to respond to all messages within two to three business days. Correction reports and urgent factual issues are prioritised. We can't guarantee a response to every advertising pitch or partnership proposal, but we read them all.
If you're looking for specific information, try our article archive first — there's a good chance we've already covered what you need. You can also browse by topic: Android troubleshooting, iPhone guides, and AI tool comparisons are our three most active sections.
